Bysteel is looking for a Marketing and Communications Responsable to help shape and execute our Marketing strategy and operations.
This position will create and develop the necessary Marketing disciplines in our company and with our brands in all of our markets:
- Go-2-Market Strategy and Operations
- Inbound Marketing
- Digital Marketing
- Brand Development
- Public and Community Relations
- Culture and Internal Communications
Perfil do Candidato
We are looking for
- A experienced marketeer in traditional and/or startup areas, preferably in a international environment.
- Mission and objective oriented and committed.
- Someone who is organized/methodical about every single major decision to be made.
- With the right balance between short term goals with long term ambitions for the company, prioritize accordingly and help the business achieve our objectives.
- Passionate about architectural and engineering areas.
- A curious and creative mind.
Competências necessárias:
- At least 3 years marketing experience
- 2 years experience with inbound and content marketing
- Experience with Social Media Marketing
- Data driven approach to Marketing planning and execution
- Stays on top of trends in the space via conferences, publications, social media, etc.
