he GPMO team designs, implements and manages Onsite Support services that are delivered across the globe. Project Management and Service Delivery are coordinated from the central GPMO office in Brussels, with satellite offices in Portugal, Costa Rica and Philippines assuring a 24 hour operation.

Examples of the global distributed service activities that the GPMO offers are deskside services, break&fix services, IMAC services and global deployment services.

 

This Project Manager's prime responsibility will be to manage service transitions by ensuring that a it produces the required results, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Perfil do Candidato

  • Effective management of service transitions
  • Manages the delivery of the project in partnership with the customer and business unit to ensure acceptance, closedown and handover to service
  • Defines the service transitions requirements, ensuring that the requirements catalogue traceability matrix is complete
  • Produces and coordinates materials and baselines during all phases of the project by careful planning and documentation
  • Establishing and reporting project Key Performance Indicators to the Project Board through Highlight Reports and stage assessments
  • Manages business and project risks and produces an effective plan and risk assessment
  • Ensures that the impact on the business unit’s profit & loss due to project activities within the scope of the project is clearly visible and that all contingency usage is signed-off by the appropriate governance authority e.g. Project Board.
  • Accountable for managing and tracking the project costs and supporting Business Units in meeting payment milestones
  • Builds and manages the relationship with key stakeholders (customer, subcontractors and Fujitsu). Typically senior level manager and Project Board
  • Ensuring that the milestone achievements are signed by the customer and relevant invoices are raised

Competências necessárias:

  • Fluency in English - at least C1 (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in managing service transitions, on the same industry (IT)
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager
  • At least one of the follwoing certifications: Prince2, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or another of equal value
