The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created role will work closely with a dedicated engineering partner to devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow use of Issuu and our revenue. As the Growth Marketer, you will execute tactics that drive awareness of Issuu, accelerate targeted parts of the freemium, free to paid plan upsell journey, and increase usage of specific features.
To succeed in this role, you are innovative, skilled at moving quickly and an expert at executing strategies for business growth. This position requires someone who knows how to hustle and is comfortable making fast decisions with imperfect data. While discussing strategy is important, this specific role is highly focused on execution.

- Implementing projects to achieve growth goals.
- Create “hacks” and initiatives at a high velocity, handing the ones that work off to another team to manage and scale.
- Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business.
- Establishing a plan, and then quickly executing that plan to meaningfully contribute to Issuu’s growth goals.
- Clearly reporting on initiatives and projects to management.
- Ensuring that resources across marketing are aligned to drive growth.
- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
Competências necessárias:
- Proven success in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
- Skilled at user acquisition, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating conversion funnels.
- An adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
- Ability to show grit and the inability to say “that’s not my job,” doing what it takes to ensure projects are flawlessly executed.
