The successful candidates should be able to:

Be capable of managing, coordinating and performing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Be responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of team work in all projects.
Undertake the design, engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, solve technical problems and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team.
Ensure that all design work complies with the design codes and industrial guides.
Be responsible for the definition of most economic solutions ensuring coordination between all disciplines.
Be responsible for managing design information, ensuring flexibility to incorporate modifications during the design process, always focusing on the best solutions, anticipating problems and finding the best solutions.
Ensure the team work is delivered on agreed deadlines within budget and programme, always ensuring the highest technical standards of quality.
Ensure compliance with all technical documents and quality procedures of Bysteel.
Ensure that all design work complies with environmental rules in accordance to LCA assessment in all design process.
Ensure that all design work complies with the industrial processes.
