- Analyze production indicators to identify improvement levers
- Follow margins / efficiency and make the adjustments necessary for the entire perimeter
- Analyze recruitment forecasts and ensure optimum use of available production positions
- Ensure the compliance with the processes and quality standards (ISO, NF345, LRS)
- Follow the turnover, absenteeism, control rates and drive the necessary action plans
- Manage reporting requirements for the projects
- Prepare and lead production/steering committees and client visits
- Contribute to the welcoming of clients/prospects during the visits
Perfil do Candidato
- Native or Proficient in French (C2)
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar function preferably in Call Center environment
Competências necessárias:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong Reporting skills using Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with different Training methods
