About the job role:

As a Security Analyst, you will assist the country CSO in all necessary tasks and ensure the respect of the procedures. You will oversee a wide range of duties related to reporting, control, follow up, investigation support, required analyses, and other delegated demands that contribute to the overall Security of all Portugal Webhelp sites.

 

As a Security Analyst, you will:

  • Follow and influence operational best practices within all the teams and departments;
  • Accomplish the daily execution of assigned security tasks;
  • Manage and monitor the reports under his/her responsibility and proactively take action to follow up and present ideas and suggestions to improve efficiency, techniques, tactics and procedures;
  • Perform security rondes on the floor and support the Operational Project leaders;
  • Ensure the compliance with deadlines;
  • Assist on the deployment of measures and on the analysis of data;
  • Follow-up several ongoing security projects at the same time;
  • Work with internal teams to come up with action plans to address corrective and preventative measures to mitigate risk;
  • Work with stakeholders to drive process improvements that will impact internal and external customers;
  • Contribute        on    special  projects  which reduce  fraud opportunities, while maintaining focus on a positive customer experience;
  • Support Fraud Prevention innovation by participating in internal meetings;
  • Work with team members to articulate and prioritize future needs of the team;
  • Communicate analytical insights to the CSO;
  • Coordinatinate meetings between various interlocutors (IT, Office Management, operational ...);
  • Support the security action plans;
  • Availability to perform training and Security awareness.

Perfil do Candidato

We are looking for:

  • Native or Proficient inEnglish (C2)
  • 2/3 years’ experience on similar position

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to relocate between different sites;
