We are looking for our Lead Frontend Developer to develop and implement a very innovative notary web application. This person will be responsible for building out the internal frontend team based on Angular.

Provides guidance to frontend developers across the IT organization to ensure development to standards
Develop and implement front-end development standards practice, including the structure, organization, and common libraries
Works as a coach/player of the Frontend team to identify solutions for problems in alignment with best practices and go-forward application strategy
Collaborate with UX and UI designers to build highly consumable UI style, design, and pattern libraries that speed development
Research, test, and implement new front-end development tools for testing cross-browser and device compatibility to ensure design responsiveness and compatibility true to the original design
Develop and implement standardized onboarding program for front-end developers to expedite ramp-up time of new colleagues
Acts as an expert in frontend development languages, frameworks, tools, and best practices

Perfil do Candidato

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT/Computer Science
Fluent in English (Mandatory); French is a plus

5+ years…

of strong experience in Frontend development
of strong experience with Angular 8+, Angular material is highly desired, RxJs is a must, ngrx is a plus
of strong experience with CSS3, HTML5, Javascript
of experience by designing and developing excellent user experiences for the web
of experience collaborating with cross-functional team members in design, product, operations and more
of experience leading engineers as well as projects.

Competências necessárias:

Solid hands-on experience in frontend development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / Typescript
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
Classes, interfaces, design patterns, encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism; object-oriented programming is a must
Strong experience in an Agile software development environment
Strong communication skills as communication are extremely important; our engineers work across every team in the company. Candidates need to be able to communicate not only with other developers but also with management and non-tech team members.
Willing to take ownership of a feature or application from initial conception through release while also assisting others when the need arises.
Interested in unit testing, automated testing, and documenting the created code.
Attentiveness towards the customer and the details that make their experience exceptional
Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work effectively with teams
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
